Job Description:

Worldwide Recruitment Solutions (WRS) is looking for an experienced DPO to join a DP3 drillship operating in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient vessel operations, ensuring compliance with all company and international maritime regulations. This short-term assignment offers the opportunity to work with a reputable offshore drilling contractor on a dynamic and technically advanced vessel.

Key Responsibilities:

As per company policy, main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Operating and monitoring the Dynamic Positioning (DP) system during drilling operations

• Maintaining vessel position and heading according to operational requirements

• Assisting the Senior DPO and Bridge Team in safe vessel operations

• Monitoring environmental conditions and potential position threats

• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures onboard

Requirements:

• Valid DP Unlimited Certificate

• Valid Certificate of Competency (CoC)

• Valid BOSIET / FOET with CA-EBS

• Valid STCW certificates

• Valid OGUK Medical and Seaman’s Book

• Valid Medical fitness certificate

• Valid CAA (Crisis and Aviation Authority) Certificate

• Previous experience on Drillships is mandatory

• Proficiency in English communication

• Contract Duration: 18 days (starting 31st October)
