Job Description:
The Assistant Driller supports the Driller in controlling drilling operations, supervising the drill floor crew, and maintaining equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Driller in safe operation of rig equipment.
• Supervise Floorman and Derrickman.
• Monitor mud levels and drilling parameters.
• Prepare reports and maintain equipment logs.
• Follow safety and well control procedures.

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience on drilling rigs.
• Valid IWCF, BOSIET, and H2S certificates.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be Indonesian citizen (WNI).
