• Design well programs and drilling plans
• Supervise drilling operations
• Monitor performance and provide technical support
• Ensure HSE compliance
• Report operational progress
Requirements:
• Offshore medical fitness
• STCW (if applicable)
• 3–5 years offshore drilling engineering experience
