Job Description:
Responsible for planning and technical execution of drilling programs. Provides engineering support throughout all project phases and ensures operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize well programs
• Conduct technical analysis and risk assessment
• Supervise wellsite engineering and logistics support
• Prepare drilling reports and cost estimates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum / Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of drilling engineering experience (preferably geothermal)
• Proficient in drilling software and data analysis tools
