Job Description:
The Floorman assists the drilling crew in daily operations, ensuring safe and efficient handling of drill pipes and equipment on the rig floor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Driller and Derrickman with drilling activities
• Operate tongs and slips during tripping and drilling
• Maintain rig floor cleanliness and organization
• Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
Requirements:
• Valid offshore safety and medical certificates
• At least 2 years of offshore drilling experience
• Good understanding of rig operations
• Team player with strong attention to safety
