Location: Songkhla & Bangkok, Thailand
Overview:
The Workshop Foreman leads all workshop operations, ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.
Responsibilities:
Assign tasks and supervise workshop teams.
Coordinate with engineers and materials staff for workflow planning.
Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and safety rules.
Conduct daily safety briefings and performance checks.
Requirements:
Thai nationals only.
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
5+ years of workshop supervisory experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Employment Terms:
Duration: 3 years (starting 1 January 2026)
