About the Role
Join AR Enterprise as an HSE Manager to lead safety and environmental operations on onshore drilling projects. Your mission: build a zero-incident culture and keep every team member safe on site.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement HSE policies and best practices.
Lead safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
Conduct regular training for crews and new hires.
Investigate incidents and recommend improvements.
Ensure full compliance with local and international standards.
Who We’re Looking For
Indian nationals only.
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or HSE.
5+ years in drilling or oilfield safety management.
Certified in industrial safety and first aid.
Confident communicator and natural leader.
Contract & Benefits
