About the Role:
GP Solution seeks experienced Captains / Masters to command offshore projects and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
Main Tasks:
Lead vessel navigation and onboard operations.
Oversee crew discipline, safety, and training.
Manage cargo, stability, and communication with clients.
Maintain all statutory documents and records.
Ensure full compliance with IMO and company standards.
What You Bring:
Valid Master (Unlimited) CoC and STCW.
5+ years of command experience.
Strong leadership and communication.
Fluent English; DP experience is an advantage.
Valid medical fitness.
Contract & Benefits:
Rotation: 3–6 months.
Salary: Based on vessel and experience.
