Company Overview: Offshore – 7 Oceans Group

Location: Europe (for EU Citizens)

Job Description: The OIM will oversee and manage all operations on future Jack-Up Rig projects for 7 Oceans Group. This includes supervising offshore crews, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring safe and efficient rig operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage offshore operations on Jack-Up Rigs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate work between technical, mechanical, and catering teams
• Monitor operational performance and report to company management
• Supervise emergency preparedness and incident management

Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English
• EU citizenship
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an OIM or similar offshore managerial role
