Job Description: The Safety Officer ensures all offshore operations on the Jack-up Rig adhere to company and regulatory safety standards. Responsible for monitoring risks, conducting safety audits, and providing training to the crew.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and enforce safety protocols
• Conduct safety inspections and audits
• Train and guide rig personnel on safety practices
• Report safety incidents and corrective actions
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on Jack-up rigs
• Valid STCW and offshore medical certificate
• Knowledge of safety regulations in offshore oil and gas
