About the Role:
GP Solution is seeking Structural Engineers to inspect, repair, and analyze wind turbine blades — ensuring top performance and structural reliability.
Main Tasks:
Perform inspections, testing, and composite repairs.
Analyze blade materials and fatigue behavior.
Prepare reports and technical documentation.
Support R&D and design improvements.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
What You Bring:
Degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Aeronautical Engineering.
Experience with composites and NDT methods.
3+ years in blade or structural engineering.
CAD and analytical skills.
Fluent English; valid safety training.
Contract & Benefits:
