Job Description:
The Tool Pusher ensures the rig crew performs all drilling operations safely and efficiently. Acts as the senior supervisor on site in coordination with the Rig Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily drilling operations.
• Supervise Driller, Assistant Driller, and Derrickman.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and performance.
• Maintain operational records and daily reports.

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience on drilling rigs.
• Valid IWCF, BOSIET, and H2S certificates.
• Good command of English.
• WNI only.
