Job Description:
AmanCare Careers is seeking a Chief Engineer to manage all engine room operations, machinery maintenance, and technical aspects of vessel operations. The Chief Engineer ensures smooth and safe propulsion and mechanical performance.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Overseeing engine room operations and machinery maintenance.

Supervising engineering crew and technicians.

Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Planning and executing preventive maintenance programs.

Preparing technical reports and logs for management.

Requirements:

Valid STCW certification and Chief Engineer license.

Extensive experience managing ship engine rooms.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Medical fitness certificate.

Proficiency in English communication.

Employment Details:

Contract Duration: Rotational offshore assignment.
