Location: Europe / Offshore & Onshore Projects

About the Role:
GP Solution is seeking Drilling, Completions, and Well Engineers to support new drilling campaigns and well intervention projects across Europe. You will plan, oversee, and optimize well operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement drilling and completion programs.

Monitor drilling progress and efficiency.

Coordinate with contractors and rig teams.

Ensure compliance with HSE standards.

Maintain detailed reports and documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Drilling Engineering.

4–5 years of experience in drilling or well completion.

Familiarity with WellCAT, Landmark, or similar software.

IWCF / IADC certification preferred.

Fluent in English.

Employment Details:

Rotational schedule (28/28 or 35/35).
