Location: Toowoomba, QLD

About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Floorhand to join Ventia’s onshore drilling and well servicing team in Queensland. You’ll support daily rig operations, ensure smooth equipment handling, and maintain a strong safety culture on site.

Main Duties:

Assist with rig setup, operation, and teardown.

Handle drilling tools and tubulars.

Perform general rig maintenance and housekeeping.

Support crew during active drilling operations.

Follow all safety and operational procedures.

You’ll Need:

Valid industry certifications (e.g. BOSIET or equivalent).

Experience on land rigs preferred.

Physically fit and safety-oriented.

Ability to work well in a remote, team-based environment.

Contract & Benefits:

Long-term rotational roster (3:3 or 2:2).
