Job Description:
Supervises all on-site drilling activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations. Reports to the Drilling Superintendent and oversees the rig team and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage drilling operations according to program and safety standards
• Coordinate crew schedules and daily activities
• Monitor drilling performance and equipment integrity
• Report progress and incidents to management
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in drilling operations (geothermal or oil & gas)
• Valid IWCF / Well Control certification
• Strong leadership and HSE awareness
