Job Description:
MODRIG Technical Services is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily upstream oil & gas operations on land rigs. The role involves ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performance of field activities while leading operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Supervising day-to-day drilling and production operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams.
• Monitoring operational performance and reporting progress.

Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in upstream oil & gas operations.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Production Engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
