Job Description:
Leads well testing operations to evaluate reservoir performance. Ensures testing is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise well testing crews and coordinate operations
• Validate test data and prepare performance reports
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC procedures
• Troubleshoot well test equipment and instrumentation
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 7+ years of well testing experience (geothermal/oil & gas)
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
