Join our team as Chief Cook — the person who keeps the entire crew happy and well-fed! You’ll plan menus, manage supplies, and ensure that galley standards meet international hygiene and quality levels.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare balanced and tasty meals for officers and crew.
Maintain food stocks, storage, and inventory records.
Keep the galley spotless and hygienic.
Create menus that respect diverse dietary preferences.
What You Need:
Valid STCW and Ship’s Cook Certificate.
At least 2 years’ experience as Chief Cook onboard.
Familiarity with international and Asian cuisine.
Strong English communication.
What We Provide:
Contract: 6–9 months
