Job Description:
AmanCare Careers is seeking a Cook to manage the galley and provide nutritious meals for the crew onboard.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Preparing daily meals according to dietary requirements.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the galley.
Managing food inventory and supplies.
Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Assisting in menu planning and meal preparation for crew.
Requirements:
Prior offshore cooking or catering experience preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in confined shipboard environment.
Medical fitness certificate.
Proficiency in English communication.
Employment Details:
Contract Duration: Rotational offshore assignment.
