Job Description:
RK Global Consultancy is seeking a Chief Cook to manage the galley, plan meals, and provide nutritious food for the crew onboard vessels in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

Preparing daily meals according to dietary requirements.

Supervising kitchen staff and managing the galley operations.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.

Managing food inventory and ordering supplies.

Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chief Cook, preferably offshore.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Ability to work in confined shipboard environment.

Medical fitness certificate.

Proficiency in English communication.

Employment Details:

Contract Duration: Project-based or rotational offshore assignment.
