About the Role:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Drilling will oversee all drilling operations, providing strategic guidance and operational leadership for the water well project. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations.

Ensure HSE compliance and operational excellence.

Lead planning and execution of project drilling activities.

Support budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.

Mentor and guide the drilling management team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of drilling experience, including leadership in water well projects.

Strong knowledge of drilling technologies and project management.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
