About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee water well drilling projects in Congo. You will lead all drilling activities, coordinate the team, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site drilling and construction activities.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Manage workforce scheduling, logistics, and performance.

Monitor project progress and prepare reports.

Maintain communication with clients and management regarding milestones.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

At least 8 years of experience in water well or drilling projects.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Excellent communication in English or French.

Valid safety and medical certificates.
