About the Role:
We’re hiring an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality control and assurance across major marine and offshore construction projects. You’ll make sure every stage — from materials to final delivery — meets the highest international standards.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC systems.

Supervise inspections and ensure compliance with all specifications.

Conduct internal audits and prepare reports for management and clients.

Coordinate with third-party inspectors and project teams.

Drive continuous improvement through corrective and preventive action programs.

Your Background:

Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent.

8+ years in QA/QC for marine or offshore projects.

Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and related standards.

Proven leadership and team management skills.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
