About the Role:
Join Seaworks Qatar as a Contract Manager and take charge of the commercial, contractual, and legal aspects of large-scale offshore and civil engineering projects. You’ll ensure compliance, protect company interests, and maintain smooth communication between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage contracts from tender to completion.

Lead negotiations and handle contract variations or claims.

Coordinate with legal, finance, and project management teams.

Track contract performance and maintain all documentation.

Provide risk assessments and strategic advice to management.

Your Profile:

Degree in Law, Business, or Engineering.

7+ years in contract management for construction or offshore works.

Excellent understanding of FIDIC and similar contract frameworks.

Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.

Fluent English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

Package & Terms:

Long-term contract, project-based in Doha.
