Oversees drilling operations, supervises teams, and ensures adherence to technical and safety standards offshore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily drilling operations
• Ensure HSE compliance and operational efficiency
• Mentor and coordinate drilling teams
• Report operational progress to management
• Troubleshoot technical drilling issues
Requirements:
• Offshore STCW certificates and medical fitness
• Minimum 5–7 years of offshore drilling supervisory experience
• Strong English communication skills
