Overview:
We’re looking for a Supervisor to lead daily offshore construction and lifting operations on marine barges.
Main Duties:
Supervise all barge activities — lifting, positioning, and deck works.
Coordinate between crew, engineers, and vessel officers.
Ensure full compliance with HSE and marine safety procedures.
Conduct toolbox meetings and monitor work progress.
Report operational updates and incidents to project management.
Requirements:
5+ years in offshore/marine construction.
Experience managing barge operations.
Valid BOSIET or equivalent preferred.
Good English and leadership skills.
