About the Role:
The Water Well Supervisor will manage drilling crews, ensuring the team meets schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements. You will coordinate daily operations and provide technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise water well drilling crews on-site.

Monitor drilling operations for efficiency and safety.

Ensure compliance with project plans and HSE standards.

Provide guidance and training to junior staff.

Maintain operational and progress reports.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in a relevant engineering/technical field.

Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in water well drilling.

Knowledge of safety and operational procedures.

Excellent communication and team management skills.
