Job Description: Oversees day-to-day workover and P&A operations, supporting safe and efficient well interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise workover teams
• Ensure HSE compliance
• Monitor P&A operations and report issues
• Maintain records and documentation
• Coordinate with senior management
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in well services
• Offshore experience preferred
• STCW certification (if applicable)
• English proficiency
