Job Description:
The Area Manager oversees all drilling and workover rig operations within the assigned region, ensuring project efficiency, safety, and performance excellence. This role requires strong leadership and coordination between multiple rig sites and departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage regional drilling operations and project planning.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and operational standards.
• Supervise rig teams and monitor performance metrics.
• Coordinate logistics, maintenance, and resource allocation.
• Report operational outcomes and improvement plans to senior management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in drilling/workover operations.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Valid offshore and HSE certificates.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Indonesian citizens only (WNI).
