The Rig Manager oversees the overall operation of assigned rigs, ensuring all drilling activities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage rig crew and operational activities
• Ensure compliance with HSE and company standards
• Maintain rig equipment and resources
• Liaise with clients and project managers
Requirements:
• Proven experience as Rig Manager
• Offshore certification and medicals
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Minimum 10 years of rig management experience
