Job Description:
The Rig Site Manager (RSM) is responsible for managing all on-site operations, personnel, and equipment to ensure safe and productive rig performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all activities at the rig site.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and drilling policies.
• Oversee contractors and service providers.
• Conduct site inspections and audits.
• Report directly to the Rig Superintendent.

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in drilling/workover rigs.
• Valid certifications in well control and safety.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• WNI only; max age 55 years.
