Responsible for managing all engineering activities related to drilling, rig maintenance, and technical performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design, modification, and maintenance projects.
• Lead engineering teams to support rig operations.
• Develop and implement cost-effective engineering solutions.
• Liaise with project managers and operations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in oil & gas.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; WNI only.
